1. Basically, every marketer that I know would give anything if he could know how to win the (unlimited, if it is possible) trust of his clients.  I read today about  10 Ways To Build Trust with Social Media, and I thought  that this is a goo beginning. :)

…marketing is built under the assumption that stories can create an emotional bond between a consumer and a brand… a client and a service. Can you tell a story… create a service and en experience that builds trust?

Social media can help you build that trust.

We live in the internet age, where we’re growing more and more accustomed to getting things for free. Whether it’s information from blogs and online newspapers, services like email and Twitter, or images, videos and music tracks, it’s all free and it’s there for the taking.
