Happy New Year!
The Daily Links are back!:)
For today I have some very interesting links. Like always, actually.
1. From Ian’s Messy Desk, I have a very interesting article about leadership. How to Be a Leader
Do you get frustrated by things that don’t seem to happen the way they’re supposed to? People are milling about, but nothing gets accomplished. In the hustle, do you feel that your goals remain just that – goals?
Maybe its time for you to stand up and do something about it.
2.If you are the leader of a project, you have to read these 6 Ways to Motivate Others.
If you’re leading a group of people towards success, you must learn how to motivate others. If you concentrate on understanding what motivates others and you meet the needs of these people, you’ll be on the right track for a positive and enlightening experience for all involved.
3. We all have meetings, and I also know that notes are very important. Here are some tips for taking meeting notes.
Curious if anyone has any tips/symbols or shortcuts for notetaking. I tend to write circles next to actionable items when I’m taking meeting notes and starring important items, but always looking for a better system.
