Firefox Extension : collect emails in Gmail
By katy
Yes, you just press a button and your email is automatically collected into TaskWriter. Even better, you can add new text in front of the URL (just write in the address bar), and it will be added to the task name (e.g. “this is the mail john is asking about X, reply ASAP http://mail.google.com/mail/#inbox/123559f1254b2394″)

Firefox Extension : add new tasks directly from your browser address bar
By katy
Before using this feature, you should have previously installed the Firefox Extension, and you must be using Firefox. See here how to install the Firefox Extension.
Let’s assume you’re browsing the Internet, and you just remembered something very important. Having the Firefox extension installed, you do not need to open TaskWriter to collect your thought.
You just write in your browser address bar (where you usually enter URLs) and then press the “add to TaskWriter” icon on the right side. A new task will be created for you.
