…while I was just adding a new task. So I have to click “Cancel”, add a new project, and then start again with my task from the very begining. :(”
NO, NOT AT ALL
The above scenario is not a valid scenario for taskwriter. Instead, you just leave everything open in the “tasks” tab, go to the “define” tab, create the new project you need, and then go back to the “tasks” tab. All your data will still be there, except that your new project will also be available. It’s not usual for web apps, but it’s handy, isn’t it ?
To make it ever more simpler, we are going to add a new item in each combo, like “<add a project>”, “<add a list>” and “<add a context>”.
Thanks for the suggestion, Michael !
…maybe loading “on demand”.
Thanks for suggesting this, sree !
Found something interested to read, but no time to do it ? Just press a button in your browser toolbar, and the item will be collected in taskwriter.
Same for blog or interesting website.
Thanks for the idea, Octav !
It might be really interesting to find stuff you did a few months ago on a certain project, wouldn’t it ?
and not only in the task page, as it is now.
…when you set the context, list, or project. It’s going to be simpler if you just enter the first few letters an having everything filtered.
Thanks for suggesting that, Michael !
- with or without the notes attached to a task
- displaying or hiding the context / list or project information
Your print, your choice. Soon.
Thank you for that suggestion, Ben !
Specifically, add a color background for the lists, projects and contexts.
All you have to do is to remember that yellow stuff is related to your new house, and you’ll spot the tasks in a minute
.
Thanks for suggesting that, Michael !
Recurring tasks. You asked for it, we’ll make it work ! Soon
Although we do support a lot of special characters (like é or è), we do not yet have full support for all (the Chinese alphabet is one example).
We apologize for that and promise to fix it soon !
