We have added a new “tasks” link in the define screen, so that you can see the pending tasks for a project with just one click while looking at your project list.

new : project notes on demand

We’ve just added an easy way to see your project notes under the “define” tab. See the screenshot below :

Now you can order your tasks in your “natural order” for each project.

Now it’s possible to filter your tasks in dashboard based on a certain string contained in the task name. For example, if you wanna see only the tasks that contains “lunch” in their name, just do a quick search on “lunch” as below :

OK, we finally realized that there is no “one size fits all solution”
Everybody like his very own naming and is not going to change it. Therefore, you can now edit the special auto-collect list, project and context.
“#none”, “@no project”, “#one task project”, “#single step”, you decide
Go to the “define” tab and choose whatever project name you like.

Are you usually doing filters on projects ? Then move the “filter by project” box on the top !
Doing filtering mostly by context. No problem, put the “filter by context” box the first one. Your choice.
To manually arrange the left filtering boxes, just drag and drop a box as below :

To be able to manually sort your tasks, you need to set first your sorting order to “List, Manual Sort”.

Next, you notice the two small arrows that allows you to move the task up and down.
